Hon Joseph Ikpea, a true born of Edo State, Esan extraction, in Edo Central Senatorial District is from the reknown Ikpea family of Ewato town in Esan South East Local Government Area of Edo state. Hon Ikpea, by all recorning, is no mean a man within the political circle as he has occupied various political positions, in trust for the people of Edo state and his local government area. As a member of Edo State Universal basic education board (SUBEB) representing Edo central senatorial district, he facilitated the construction and renovation of primary schools across the five local government areas in the senatorial district.
