TONY AZIEGBEMIN SHOULD THANK THE EDO STATE GOVERNMENT RATHER THAN MISLEADING THE PUBLIC It is truly disheartening to see the Edo State PDP Chairman, Dr. Tony Aziegbemin , attempt to mislead the public with baseless accusations against the Edo State Government under the leadership of Senator Monday Okpebholo . In a recent video, Dr. Aziegbemin shamelessly described Edo State as the capital of kidnapping and crime, while falsely claiming that former Governor Godwin Obaseki left behind a functional and effective security architecture. Such a statement is not only misleading but also an insult to the intelligence of the people of Edo State who lived through the failures of the past administration. EDO 2024 :  The Man Hon Joseph Ikpea. Hon Joseph Ikpea, a true born of Edo State, Esan extraction, in Edo Central Senatorial District is from the reknown Ikpea family of Ewato town in Esan South East Local Government Area of Edo state.  Hon Ikpea, by all recorning, is no mean a man within the political circle as he has occupied various political positions, in trust for the people of Edo state and his local government area. As a member of Edo State Universal basic education board (SUBEB) representing Edo central senatorial district, he facilitated the construction and renovation of  primary schools across the  five local government areas  in  the senatorial district.
