Edo Guber Poll 2024

SEN. MONDAY OKPEBHOLO'S MESSAGE OF HOPE TO EDOLITES AS REPORTED BY DR. JOSEPH IKPEA MEDIA 4 MODEN 2024

The Egyptians you see today, you shall see no more. What did not kill us for almost eight (8) years will suddenly not do so now. There is always light at the end of the tunnel. We are at the verge of victory. Our worry days will soon be over because the good times are here.

It is just few months remaining for our Edo to witness rebirth. Never again shall any man lead us astray. The labours of our heroes past shall never be in vain.

The Edo of our dreams is realizable, no propaganda, no MOUs. Allocation to states has improved and internally generated revenue has witnessed peak, there shall be correlational growth in our infrastructural development, security, welfare, social interventions under our administration. Our educational system will be overhauled. There shall be resuscitation for those that have gone moribund due to closures and abandonment. There shall be complete reappraisal, reassessment and revamping of the system on a holistic note.

To our tertiary instititions, with emphasis on AAU; we understand a mere committee called SIT now runs the University like a local government transitional arrangements where care taker chairmen are at the helm of affairs. Hmmmmmm! A University with academic Dons. This is an aberration! Renowned professors that sacrificed so much for humanity are dying due to non-payment of salaries. The vocal ones that raise objections against the government of the day are silenced with sack letters. So much administrative attrocities ongoing, and students are feeling the heat.

Skyrocketing school fees without commensurate infrastructural provisions. Medical graduates for instance are majorly at home after so many years of graduation due to non accreditation of courses and this is a fall out of poor budgetary allocations to the University.

Do I need to talk about our 'once upon a time' booming Igueben college of education and so many other colleges of education? They shut them down systematically. No alternative provisions. The students were left astray, and the staffs roam the streets unabsorbed. The injustice is massive. If we start to narrate their stories, we all shall shed tears. This is about the worse we have had in recent time.

Edo people, worry not! He who understands the problems, knows how to solve the problems. A New Edo is possible. Sen. Monday Okpebholo and Rt. Hon. Dennis Idahosa joint ticket is a perfect combination. MoDen 2024 is just the answer!

The Egyptians you see today, you shall see no more! Just few months remaining. Let's be strong and ensure victory for APC.
